This year I attended the Pet Expo at the Providence Convention Center and was beyond pleased to come across your creation.

First, let me tell you a little bit about my dog. Chloe is a 4.5 year old German Shepherd with congenital defects in her front legs that cause them to not only bow at the knee joint, but her paws also turn out to the sides. In addition, over her short life she has developed degenerative disc disease.

When we got her at the age of 1 she had NO leash manners. We have tried many different harnesses/leashes, including the head halter, the work animal lead, and retractables. The whole body halters did not work because of her defects, and walking became uncomfortable for Chloe. She would limp and whine shortly into the walk. Chloe broke a retractable after 4 walks.

Although she only weighs 65 [lbs] on a soaking wet day, she was very difficult to handle for anyone who tried to walk her. She pulled, she switched sides, and I often feared walking her where cars were. I was reluctant to spend money on another 'gimmick'.

I am so glad I made this purchase. The very first time I walked her on [the Pro-Leash®] she immediately responded. There was no pulling or switching sides. The ease of having two handles for control, which was a significant struggle, was amazing. Not having to wind a leash around my hand for control made the experience more pleasurable for me, the owner.
